Lo Que Hablo PR needed a brand site that lived in sync with their YouTube feed — new episodes, shorts, team bios, and room for merch later — without manual content ops.

  Next.js app with a YouTube sync pipeline that keeps episodes and metadata fresh.

  Typed episode model with automatic detection of Shorts vs full episodes by duration and tag.

  Brand-token palette tuned warmer and more PR-rooted, away from generic purple/pink podcast templates.

Outcome

• V1 demo complete, running with real content.
• Deploying to a custom domain before the April 22 recording.
